Welcome to Heritage Palms, an active 55+ community, located in the beautiful Coachella Valley. The 379-acre gated community has 1004 homes and is within easy access to Interstate 10 and the Palm Springs airport, exclusive shopping on El Paseo, and great restaurants and entertainment throughout the Valley. An Arthur Hills designed golf course, tennis and pickleball facilities, indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center provide members with a wide variety of activities. Approximately half of the homes lie on either side of Fred Waring. Most homes are located adjacent to the golf course; others lie along the perimeter of the development, sporting private back yards. A wide range of floor plans are available, including duplexes and single-family detached homes. Square footage ranges from 1111 to 1679 square feet for the duplexes and 1404 to 2504 square feet for the detached dwellings. The basic square footage area will vary based on options chosen, and some models may have the same square footage but different room configurations. All floor plans have reverse formats available.
Original construction, under the guidance of US Homes, began in 1996. Lennar later completed the community with total build out in 2006. Different exteriors and paint palettes provide interest. Models offer open concepts, with ten-to-twelve-foot ceilings. Two-to-four-bedroom versions are available. All plans have two-car garages, but there are options for a third car garage or a separate golf cart storage area.
