Heritage Palms features a highly-rated, Arthur Hills designed 18-hole championship golf course that has been called a “true gem of the desert”. Golf amenities include a driving range, a short game practice area, and putting greens where you can fine tune your game.
Our community’s activities are centered around a 32,000 square foot clubhouse complex where you’ll find the following:
The Restaurant features both indoor and outdoor dining areas with spectacular views. A recently renovated ballroom and private dining areas are nearby for member events and available for outside banquets/meetings.
A Pro Shop is staffed by accredited golf professionals who offer individual lessons and classes. You’ll also find the latest equipment and attire to meet your golfing needs.
Amenities include a library, billiard room for pool and table tennis, card/meeting rooms, and a large multi-purpose room for arts/crafts, etc.
The fitness center is located next door with modern exercise equipment, free weights, etc. and an indoor lap pool.
Nearby in the Administration Building, the Heritage Room provides opportunities for hosting small gatherings or meetings. A dance studio is used for rehearsals, classes, and workouts.
Outdoor pool area and jacuzzi overlook the 18th green with the Santa Rosa Mountains as a backdrop. This is an ideal spot for relaxing with family and friends or participating in swimming or water aerobics.
Other resort style amenities include 4 lighted tennis courts, 4 lighted pickleball courts with adjacent patio areas as well as 2 bocce ball courts.
